Is Matariki a celebration for all New Zealanders?

Recently we learned all about Matariki. We had to write an argument thinking about whether or not Matariki is a celebration for all New Zealanders. We had to consider both why people might agree and why they might disagree. Here is some of our writing:

  5. Kia ora Edmund Hillary school, It's Clara from Paroa school. I really like how you presented your work! You added the right amount of information which I find very helpful and convinient, now I know a little bit more about Matariki! Everyone's information texts are amazing! Maybe next time to make it even better is that you could add in the caption what you did to get your information texts together?
